The Symposium Organizing Committee invite interested authors to submit abstracts for
consideration as oral or poster presentations in the symposium program.
All submissions must adhere to the guidelines outlined below. Abstracts that do not meet these
reqirements will not be reviewed.
Abstract submission guidelines
- Abstract submission must be submitted online via the Abstract Submission portal on this
website. Submissions via email will not be accepted.
- Authors may log into the Abstract Submission Portal to edit, update, or submit additional
abstracts at any time before the submission deadline.
- No changes to abstract content, authorship or affiliations will be permitted after the
submission deadline. Requests for post-deadline modifications will not be considered.
- If accepted, your abstract will be published exactly as submitted in the Abstract Book. Please
check all information, including co-authors and affiliations, before final submission.
- The final decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of abstracts rests solely with the
Symposium Organizing Committee.
- Abstracts submitted for oral presentations will also be considered for poster presentations if
not selected for an oral slot.
- The submitting or presenting author does not need to be the first author.
- All communication regarding the abstract will be sent to the email address of the submitting
author.
- The abstract body must not exceed 300 words.
- Required information at submission :
- Name and affiliation of the presenting author.
- Names of any co-authors and their affiliations (if different from presenting author)
- Selected abstract topic.
- Preferred presentation type (Oral or Poster)
- The abstract text
- Contact details should only be provided for the presenting author, and the email address
used must match the one used during registration.
- To withdraw an abstract, please notify us as soon as possible via info@eebst.org, and include
the title and authors of the abstract being withdrawn. Withdrawals will be accepted even
after the submission deadline.
